Christmas Opening Hours
Whilst we may be closed on certain days as shown in the schedule below, we will continue to monitor emails, and all emergencies will be dealt with. Please refer to the link for guidance on what to do in an emergency.
Please note appliances, such as fridges, freezers, ovens and washing machines will not be repaired during this time as our engineers will not be available.
If you lose your keys, or lock yourself out, you will need to contact a locksmith at your own expense. Both numbers for Halls and Cambridge Master Locksmiths are in the attached PDF. Houses which have a master system have a specific locksmith who will provide the keys and the number is on the keys.
Payments of rent should still be made in the usual manner and on time.
