Alexander Greens Property Services is a fast growing, independent letting agent based in central Cambridge. Established in 2010 we have a strong, enthusiastic team of property experts, keen to help existing and potential landlords and tenants with their properties.
We are widely regarded as the leading agent for HMO properties (houses of multiple occupancy) and assist landlords locally, as well as abroad, with sourcing, setting up and managing their portfolios.
As an independent agent we are able to offer our clients an individual tailor made service and our tenants a smooth and efficient process throughout their tenancy.
We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS020266) The Property Redress Scheme is authorised by the Department of Communities and Local Government to offer redress to consumers of Letting and Property Management Agents under the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.
