Referral fees

We offer our clients a varied range of services through our local Cambridge office that is tailored to each individual need.

We carefully select our suppliers and service providers to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and compliance. In some cases, we may receive a referral fee from these approved partners.

A referral fee is a commission, payment, or other reward received for recommending a company’s services. This fee does not affect the amount you pay to the provider.

There is no obligation to use any of our recommended suppliers or service providers; however, we believe you may find their services beneficial.

Mortgages	Cambridge & Country	We receive a commission of 20% of any fee or commission received by the mortgage advisor
Auctions	Homes under the Hammer	1% + VAT
Conveyancing	Simply Conveyancing	Fee up to £360 inc. vat is paid to Alexander Greens for a sale or purchase transaction
Mortgages	Yellow Bricks	We receive a commission of 30% of any fee or commission received by the mortgage advisor
No deposit	Reposit	We receive a commission of 15% of any fee paid by the tenant
Guarantor	RentGuarantor	We receive a revenue share of 7.5% of any fee paid by the tenant
