Once satisfactory references have been obtained you will be emailed with the tenancy agreement, details on how to pay the deposit and rent and to arrange key collection from our office. On this date all parties to the agreement must attend the office dealing with the property to sign the tenancy agreement and to complete any remaining paperwork.

You will then be given the keys, a copy of the tenancy agreement and a copy of the inventory, if available, otherwise this will normally be sent to you within a couple of days of occupation.
