In brief, once you have chosen a property with Alexander Greens you will need to complete a Tenancy Application Form and return it to us with a payment of a holding deposit which is the equivalent of 1 weeks rent. Call or email us to request an application pack.  This is usually sent by email.  You can also complete the form in person at our office. Please also send us a copy of your photographic identification. We will not remove a property from our availability list until we have received your form and payment, so if you wish to secure a property it is beneficial to get these to us at your earliest opportunity.

Once we have received your application we will take up references and may also carry out a credit reference check. In certain circumstances a guarantor may be required. We will let you know if this is the case. The holding deposit is non-refundable in some circumstances and full details are included in our application pack.

On occasion we may receive more than one application on a property. Our commitment is that we will only ever process one application at a time on a property so if multiple applications are made a decision will be made as to which application we will progress. Any unsuccessful parties will be informed at the earliest opportunity and receive a full refund of any amounts paid. We can also assist you with finding another suitable property.
